Privacy Policy

Quentin is operated by Vespyn LLC, which is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at biz@vespyn.com.

• Account identity. When you sign in through our authentication provider (Clerk), we receive your name, email address, and Google sign-in identifier.
• Phone number and consent. When you verify your phone number, we store the number and a record that you consented to receive a verification text — your account, the number, the policy version, a timestamp, and the request IP. Verification codes are stored only as a salted hash and expire shortly after they are issued.
• iMessage identity. We link your verified phone number to your account so Quentin can recognize you in your group chats.
• Group chat content. To operate the bot, we process the messages in the group chats you activate, along with who sent them.
• Kalshi API credentials. If you connect a Kalshi account, we store your API credentials in encrypted form (see below).
• Trading activity and limits. We store the proposals, votes, trades, positions, and the limits you configure.
• Per-chat memory and logs. We keep separate memory for each group chat and operational logs needed to run the service.

• to maintain each chat’s separate memory;
• to keep an audit trail for compliance and to demonstrate your authorization;
• to secure the service and prevent abuse.

Your Kalshi API credentials are sent to our engine over TLS, validated live, and then encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before they are stored. They are never returned to your browser, and they are deleted when you disconnect your account.

To generate Quentin’s responses, the messages in your activated chats are processed by Anthropic’s API. We do not use your data to train third-party models.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers we rely on to run Quentin, and only as needed:

• Clerk — authentication;
• Supabase — database and storage;
• Anthropic — AI processing of chat messages;
• Kalshi — trade execution and market data on your connected account;
• BlueBubbles and related infrastructure — iMessage delivery;
• Cloudflare — abuse prevention.

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any additional period required to meet legal, audit, or security obligations. You can ask us to delete your data, subject to those obligations, by contacting us.

You can disconnect your Kalshi account at any time (which deletes the stored credentials), deactivate a group chat, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by emailing biz@vespyn.com.

We may update this policy as the service evolves; when we do, we will revise the version and date above and communicate material changes through the service.
